The importance of an airport integrating well with its catchment has drawn Northpoint into into viewing how airports can be optimised as employment clusters. Airports are essentially brownfield sites with superior landside transport links and hold considerable potential for developing their employment potential. Northpoint is currently involved in two projects that are looking at optimising the property portfolio of regional airports.
